"The Young and the Restless" (Y&R) airs an intense episode on Aug.5, 2015. The upcoming segment features Hilary (Mishael Morgan), Neil (Kristoff St. John), Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Jack (Peter Bergman), Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), Victor (Eric Braeden) and other Genoa City residents. The show sees Hilary and Neil caught in an awkward situation. Meanwhile, Victor lets out significant information about the murders. The upcoming episode opens with some drama revolving around Hilary and Neil. According to spoilers by We Love Soaps, Hilary finds herself under pressure and give into it. Entertainment publication Soap Central notes that Neil and Hilary find themselves together stuck in an elevator after the power cut. It is said the encounter between the former flames gets awkward.
The end-credit scene of the last-aired episode teases Neil and Hilary's interaction in the elevator. "We might be stuck together indefinitely," Neil tells Hilary.
Further, Neil's strange behaviour worries those who really care about him. Nikki is concerned about Neil's well-being.
Meanwhile, Kevin meets Harding as they continue their investigation of the murder mystery. Kevin tells Harding that Victor is aware of the connection between Marco and the murders.
Elsewhere, Victor acts protective of Phyllis. He informs Jack that Phyllis could get in danger if Marco finds out that she knows the truth. A promo video for this week teases Jack warning Phyllis of impending danger.
