Floyd Mayweather is indulging in some promotion for his next pay-per-view fight with Andre Berto. However, it has been drawing few eyeballs compared to his last opponent - Manny Pacquiao. Mayweather is still answering questions about UFC's women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey.
Mayweather and Rousey have been hitting each other for quite some time in the media. Recently, Mayweather was asked if he is having any feud with a fighter named Rousey.
He responded and reminded folks that he doesn't much know about Rousey.
"Even before, I think they got upset because I thought Ronda Rousey ... you know, I didn't know who that was. So, whoever, whoever ... she is ... because before, I didn't know who she was, you know? I wish her nothing but the best," Mayweather said (obtained via Uproxxx).
Earlier, Mayweather referred to Rousey as a man stating that he doesn't know anything about her. It is unclear if Mayweather really knows nothing about 'Rowdy'.
Meanwhile, Mayweather is set to face an athlete named Andre Berto who has 23 Kos in his kitty. According to Boxing News 24, he is set to surprise people across the globe by defeating Mayweather.
There is no pressure on Berto as fans are not expecting a win out of him from this match. "This fight is coming at the perfect time. I'm healthier than I have been in years and everyone is going to see that on September 12. I'm coming to shock the world," Berto said.
Mayweather vs. Berto happens on Sept. 12, 2015.
