Undefeated teams FC Bayern Munich (2-0-0, 6 points) and Bayer 04 Leverkusen (2-0-0, 6 points) face each other in a 2015-2016 Bundesliga Week 3 action at the Allianz Arena in Bavaria on Saturday, August 29.

The defending champions are coming off a masterful 2-1 victory over TSG 1899 Hoffenheim at the Wirsol Rhein-Neckar-Arena in Sinsheim last Saturday to keep themselves unbeaten after two games.

Superstar striker Thomas Müller opened the scoring for the Bavarians in the 41st-minute to equalize the count after Die Kraichgauer forward Kevin Volland struck the quickest goal in the German league's history at exactly the opening nine seconds of the match, via BBC Sport.

Der FCB will not be denied of a victory, however, as Polish substitute forward Robert Lewandowski scored the winner right at the end of regulation to give Pep Guardiola the additional three points in the overall standings.

The Reds actually almost beat Bayern with Polish midfielder Eugen Polanski's penalty kick, but it was stopped by goalie Manuel Neuer on a rebound after the ball hit the post.

Meanwhile, Bayer Leverkusen nipped Hannover 96 in their previous game, 1-0, at the latter's home ground of HDI-Arena in Hanover, Lower Saxony, as reported by Yahoo Sports.

Turkish midfielder Hakan Çalhanoğlu scored the lone goal for the match via a right-footer off a free kick during the opening minutes as Roger Schmidt's team held up their defense until the end.

Prediction: A 3-1 romp by Bayern Munich over Bayer Leverkusen. Guardiola has yet to unleash his new scoring option, Chilean Arturo Vidal, in the offensive end and this next game might be it.
