This year's MTV Video Music Awards host Miley Cyrus appeared on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Aug. 26 to promote her hosting stint. Cyrus donned a colorful ensemble with no shirt, wearing heart-shaped pasties.
Cyrus' risqué ensemble made the late-night host go red in the face. "You are almost naked. Where do you get an outfit like this?" Jimmy asked as reported by Us Weekly.
When Kimmel asked what her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, thought about her dressing sense, she said, "My dad's cool. He'd probably maybe rather I didn't have my tits out the whole time, but he'd rather me have my tits out and be a good person, than have my shirt on, and be a bitch. I see a lot of people with their clothes on, and they're kind of a-holes."
"And I don't know if it's the clothes that turn them into a--holes. When you've got your tits out people are already kind of judging you. I feel better this way," she added. During the show Cyrus recalled making music legend Paul McCartney uncomfortable with her lack of shirt.
According to Cosmopolitan, Cyrus also opened up about her liking of bareness and admitted that nakedness makes her feel at ease while communicating with new people.
The 22-year-old singer disguised as an Australian reporter named Janet and interviewed people on the streets of Los Angeles, inquiring about her approaching Video Music Awards hosting gig.
Cyrus interviewed strangers on the street to get their verdict on her. Cyrus discovered that public was candid while expressing their views and it seems she has more haters than followers.
Cyrus's cover up tricked most of the people she found on Hollywood Boulevard. One particular interviewee was outspoken in describing what he dislike about singer saying, "Her style and her Dad, I just don't like her whole family. The whole fabric of America is falling apart and she's not doing anything to try to keep it together."
Another interviewee admitted that he liked Taylor Swift more than Cyrus. One person said, "I think she's starving for attention, she's missing something somewhere. The whole fabric of America's falling apart and she's not doing anything to help!"
"We Can't Stop" singer will be taking to the stage to host the VMA Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday Aug. 26. Because of Cyrus hosting the event it has become undoubtedly the most anticipated event. Cyrus is not leaving any stone unturned to make MTV Music Video Awards 2015 unforgettable.
