It is now official from Bethesda that the software being launched is similar to what they use and will open up many big opportunities for fans. "Fallout" as a product has unleashed a dedicated modding fan base, with "Fallout 3" and "Fallout: New Vegas" a great list of game-changing options on modding sites like Nexus.

A major draw for purchasing "Fallout" on PC is the modding concepts open to fans, which is set to be expanding to console players for the first time. Appearing for the first time on Xbox One, modding will be accessible on both new-generation consoles and nudity, although the major regulations established by Bethesda for offering mods a throughway includes banning assets from other games.

Telling fans on what achievement is expected in 2016, Bethesda said, "The most important thing in our games is the freedom you have to create your own experience, and modding is a big part of that. Like all our previous games, we've made sure to keep Fallout 4 open and moddable at every step in development."

The company will be releasing the new Creation Kit for the PC for free in 2016. The Kit is the same tool used in the studio, which will allow fans to create personal mods and share them with others.

Bethesda added, "We're especially excited these same mods will then be coming to Xbox One, and then PlayStation 4. We'll be doing regular free updates to the game, and like Skyrim, these will come with not just fixes, but new features."

Bethesda will work closely with fans to establish new things that are desirable in "Fallout 4," regardless of small changes or new features.

There are also new details about "Fallout 4" released by Entertainment Software rating Board, which describes the content of the game including "Blood and Gore, Violence, Use of Drugs, Intense, and Strong Language."

According to the report, "Fallout 4" is an action role-playing game whereby players take on the role of a fallout shelter resident coming from a post-apocalyptic universe. As players go through the open-world environment, they complete some mission goals and use machine guns, lasers, explosives, and machetes to eliminate mutants and other survivors of the human race.
