Jimmy Fallon allegedly ripped off Jimmy Kimmel's "Mean Tweets" segment in "The Tonight Show."
According to Perez Hilton, a segment aired last week called "Superlatives" which is essentially the same as Kimmel's "Mean Tweets." Viewers saw the NFL stars read superlatives about themselves which is very much similar to what Kimmel is doing, only this time it was presented in high school yearbook form.
Although the segment itself was funny, the outlet pointed out that Fallon could have come up with something more original.

In other news, Stephen Colbert's "The Late Show" reportedly came in second place from Fallon's show last week. It even grabbed the no. 1 spot from Fallon on Sept. 8, drawing in more than 6.5 million viewers, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Unfortunately, the show was not able to maintain its hype and fell to the second spot in the succeeding days. Fallon, however, should not rest on his laurels given that he narrowly edged Colbert with a 4.1 million to 3.7 million lead in the 18-49 demographic.
The publication pointed out that Colbert had a handsome lead over Kimmel, much more than his predecessor David Letterman had, proving that NBC made a good call on him. It was said that Colbert's choice of guests definitely had something to do with the high ratings he has been receiving.
Colbert is not afraid to divert from the usual celebrity guests on the show. It was said that he will be having Justice Stephen Breyer, Apple CEO Tim Cook and United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon next week.
