Juventus is having a difficult time in the current Serie A as the defending champions have yet to find a win after three outings in Italy. They opened the season with two straight losses against Udinese and Roma even with Paul Pogba around but settled on a 1-1 draw with Chievo when the French midfielder was rested.

Thus, a busy winter transfer window is expected on January.

Gunners set sights on Juve's Simone Zaza: Arsenal is reportedly preparing a £22-million bid for the 24-year-old forward which the club is set to release when the transfer window re-opens.

Arsene Wenger is said to be looking to add more scoring threats as the Emirates giants are considered thin up front and Zaza is one of several strikers in the 65-year-old manager's wishlist.

Reports were also out that the Gunners actually made an offer to Juve before the summer window closed, but negotiations fell through as Massimiliano Allegri said that they don't have enough time to find a replacement.

However, the Italy international is likely to depart for England come January. Verdict: Fact.

Allegri want Los Blancos' Isco in January as possible replacement for Pogba: With the speculations of a Pogba exit getting louder and louder, Juve officials are reportedly "desperate" to sign the Real Madrid attacking midfielder soonest.

The 23-year-old Spain international is said to be unhappy at the Bernabéu as he is low on the midfield pecking order of Rafa Benitez behind Gareth Bale, Toni Kroos, James Rodriguez, and newcomer Mateo Kovačić.

Isco can play a major role in Turin if the transfer pushes through, with or without Pogba in the lineup. Verdict: Fact.
