Kendall Jenner has recently confirmed that she got the intimate piercing done earlier this year.
The Estee Lauder model surprised her fans when she revealed a pierced nipple during a Harper's Bazaar party at New York Fashion Week on Sept. 16. Jenner sparked a fresh round of rumors when she stepped out on a red carpet in a halter neck, revealing white dress during Fashion Week.
Something appeared to be a ring through Jenner's left nipple and now she opened up about why she got the piercing done. Speaking to New York Post's Page Six, she confirmed it on Sept.18, Friday, while celebrating the launch of her new Estée Lauder fragrance Modern Muse Le Rouge at Macy's in New York City.
The supermodel said the rumor was true and explained, "I was going through a period in my life, having a rough time, being a rebel and was like 'Let's just do it."'
The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star was scared of getting the piercing after learning that it would be extremely painful.
The 19-year-old beauty revealed in the interview that she was very terrified. She said, "I'm laying on the bed like, 'Why am I doing this?"'
"Honestly, it hurt but wasn't as bad as everyone made it seem and maybe because everyone hyped it up and I thought it would be really, really bad," Jenner continued. "Then it wasn't as bad as I expected."
Jenner's intimate piercing was also observed when she wore a sheer black dress to ESPN's ESPY Awards on July 15, and flashed from the camera lit up her secret accessory. Her younger sister Kylie Jenner also had her nipple pierced as well, Hollywood Life reported.
