While "2 Broke Girls" season 5 spoilers indicate that Max Black and Caroline Channing will no longer be broke in the upcoming season, Kat Dennings' co-star Beth Behrs in the CBS series recently revealed that she was once fired by a friend as a matchmaker.

It was Behrs who introduced Dennings to her boyfriend Josh Groban, who is set to perform at the Waterfront Hall Belfast on May 27, 2016, Belfast Telegraph reported. Since then, Behrs' other friends have been asking for her help to find a boyfriend for them, as well.

At the 2015 Television Industry Advocacy Awards Gala in Los Angeles benefiting The Creative Coalition on Sept. 18, Behrs told People that many of her friends have been asking her recently.

"But one of my friends just told me the other night that I'm fired because a date she had didn't go well," said the "2 Broke Girls" season 5 star who was honored for her work with rape treatment centers during the 2015 Television Industry Advocacy Awards Gala. "I was like, 'I only get one option, then I'm fired?"'

Behrs added, "So I'm fired right now as a matchmaker. I got to pull back and regroup a little."

Meanwhile, the "2 Broke Girls" season 5 premiere date is yet to be announced but the CBS sitcom is expected to return before October. One thing that fans expect to see in the upcoming season is the father of Oleg (Jonathan Kite).

Among Behrs, Dennings and Kite's "2 Broke Girls" season 5 co-stars are Jennifer Coolidge, Garrett Morris and Matthew Moy.
