Adam Levine keeps on teasing Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani about their potential romance On the set of "The voice" as both of them are divorced now.

The rumor about their relationship surfaced after "The Voice" season 9 premiered on NBC on Sept, 22 the day after its second Best Reality Competition Emmy win. The speculation heated up after the duo performed each other's songs at the show.

Stefani and Shelton traded the songs, with "Hollaback Girl" songstress singing "Neon Light" while the country superstar sang "Don't Speak." 

Levine and Pharrell Williams also switched off the songs, with the "Maroon 5" singer performing "Get Lucky" while "Can I Have It Like That" singer sang "Sugar," Just Jared reported.

They were extensively eulogized on social media for their performance. When Shelton sang famous lines like "you and me we use to be together, everyday together always" some people anticipated if there was more than just friendship between the judges.

The rumor of Shelton and Stefani's romance is further intensified after they were seen flirting with each other on the sets of "The Voice." The two found proximity after Stefani divorced from husband Gavin Rossdale and Shelton divorced from wife Miranda Lambert.

The "Sangria" singer has been keeping Stefani cheerful and making her smile at the " The Voice" sets, amid marital discord.  "Blake and Gwen's relationship is definitely water cooler talk on the set of The Voice," a source told Hollywood Life.

Luke Wade, who is a part of "The Voice" spoke out about Stefani and Shelton's possible relationship.

"I think just having known the two of them I could kinda see that," Wade told Hollywood Life  "She is so sweet and Blake is the eternal charmer, so I could easily see how it could happen when you are working together doing something that you both love."

It could just be another Hollywood fauxmance because with the entire spotlight on the Hollywood A-listers paired together sells TV shows, magazines, and movies.

 "Hollywood fauxmances work because the public wants to see beautiful, famous people together," one showbiz expert told Sydney Morning Herald, back when "Twilight" fans were hysterically trying to find out if Robert Pattison and Kristen Stewart were dating in real life like their reel life.
