"How to Get Away With Murder" (HTGAWM) Season 2 premieres on Sept. 24, 2015. Episode 1 titled "It's Time to Move On" is expected to deliver the answers to Season 1 finale's biggest cliffhanger: who killed Rebecca? Before the Season 2 Episode 1 closes, fans will learn who killed Rebecca in the finale, according to TV Guide. Speaking to the aforementioned publication, the showrunner Pete Nowalk said that the big reveal will "start a new mystery."
"I guess it partly surprises me when people say it's gonna be the murder mystery for this season. For me, there's not enough there. People want to know and I like to turn the way we tell stories on their head. I think we found a way to reveal Rebecca's killer, which also starts a new mystery," Pete Nowalk explained.
According to the synopsis for "How to Get Away With Murder" Season 2 Episode 1 "It's Time to Move On" on ABC's official website, the premiere sees students are still dealing with the Rebecca's unexplained disappearance as they try to move forward in their lives and pretend like nothing happened. As for Annalise and Frank, they begin their investigation to find out who killed Rebecca.
At the same time, Annalise takes up a new case of a brother and a sister who are charged with murder accusation of their parents. While Annalise fights their case, someone from her past shows up to prepare her for future.
So who this person is? According to spoilers swirling around, "How to Get Away With Murder" Season 2 will see several guest stars including Kendrick Sampson, Amy Okuda, Matt Cohen and Famke Janssen.
A recently released promo video for Episode 1 suggests its Famke Janssen, an attorney, who surprises Annalise while she is at her home talking to her interns in premiere. What Famke Janssen brings out from Annalise's past remains to be seen. However, she is said to be involved in the new mystery. Scroll down to watch the video.
Additionally, the network has already synopsis for Episode 2 "She's Dying." According to the spoilers, the second chapter of "How to Get Away With Murder" Season 2 will see Annalise on the stand when she is questioned during Nate's preliminary hearing that will decide Nate's future. She will be asked some tough questions. Meanwhile, Annalise continues to fight the case of the siblings. But Annalise and her team are caught off guard when investigators come up with a new charge.
