"General Hospital" (GH) brings all new episodes in the week of Sept. 28 - Oct. 2, 2015. The upcoming segments will be packed with drama as the major storylines move forward. Fans will see Carly receive troubling news, Dillon make an unanticipated confession, Dante and Valerie get close once again, and Paul shake things up for Anna. "General Hospital" (GH) spoilers suggest that Sam shares a secret with Jason. According to Soap Central and We Love Soaps, Sam and Jake have a heart-to-heart conversation. Sam talks about her wedding day to Jake. She reveals how she got married to Jason in the Noodle Buddha courtyard. She even reveals how she is still struggling to move on with her life without Jason. Later, however, Sam decides to move on.
Carly offers to help Sonny. After much reluctance, Sonny agrees to move forward with her plan. Anna figures Julian might be involved in Duke's murder. She seeks answers to her questions from Julian. Later, Anna discovers something that leaves her shocked.
Paul continues his investigation about Anna's past. Paul gives Anna disturbing news that leaves her unsettled. Later, in the week, Anna presents a business proposition to Sam.
Ava moves forward with her plan. She informs Julian about her meeting with the five families. Meanwhile, Michael confronts Ava and warns her. Carly receives devastating news. She even finds herself caught in a confrontation with Ava. Michael and Carly make an important decision related to their involvement in Morgan's situation.
The upcoming episodes will delve deeper into Hayden and Nikolas' past. The pair talks about their tormenting relationship and wonders if they can rely on each other or not. Lulu confides her concerns about Dante. Elsewhere, distressed Dante reaches out to Valerie. He finds comfort in her amid the family crisis. Concerned Nathan pushes Valerie to maintain distance from Dante. In the meantime, Dillon and Valerie find their confidants in each other. They share secrets with each other.
Tragedy strikes again and Kiki succumbs to the impact. Franco feels guilty of not being there for Kiki while she needed him. Meanwhile, Nina tries to put her past behind and move on in her life. Patrick and Sam are surprised by an unexpected guest. Nathan and Maxie share some warm moments.
