Miami Heat point guard Mario Chalmers had been in the middle of many trade rumors this offseason and the seven-year pro admitted that he was stressed hearing his name in media speculations over and over again.

Evidently, Chalmers still isn't familiar with the business side of the league and as Dwayne Wade and former teammate LeBron James had advised, he should "not worry" because "it's just business" and hope for the best.

The 29-year-old former Kansas standout is entering the final year of his two-year contract with Heat, which would earn him $4.3 million this season, and he is reportedly not sure whether he will stay with the team for the duration of 2015-2016 as the management had been mum about it.

"I talked to them at the end of the season. They said, 'If we have to trade you, we will. If we don't, we won't,'" said Chalmers, as reported by the Miami Herald. "It's always stressful when you hear your name in trade rumors."

That kind of answer from a mother team will surely make any player worried especially if he wants to stick with the franchise he is currently with.

Sports World Report recently indicated that Chalmers may end up in Miami's final roster when the season begins in late October, but he is likely to be dealt away in the middle of this year's campaign if new recruits Josh Richardson and Tyler Johnson would play according to expectations.

For the meantime, Chalmers is still the official backup floor general of Goran Dragic in Eric Spoelstra's rotation and he should have nothing to worry about but to continue on improving his game and establishing himself in his position.
