Brian is set to make a pitch to the "Game of Thrones" author George R. R. Martin in "Family Guy" Season 14, Episode 2. He writes a 2000-page document to convince the author. The episode is titled "Pilling Them Softly."

"Family Guy" Season 14, Episode 2 - Synopsis
"Stewie is given drugs for his ADD and Brian uses them to pen an epic 2000-page pitch to author George R.R. Martin at a book convention. Meanwhile, Quagmire and Peter engage in an Iron Chef-style competition to see who gets to keep his new cooking show," TV.com shared the synopsis of the new "Family Guy" episode.
According to IGN, the new episode focuses on schoolchildren on overmedication. Stewie gets meds to control his A.D.D., however, he brings in Brian and it is chaos. Brian become hyperactive after taking the drugs.
Brian and Stewie decides to go Hartford after Brian writes a massive pitch to the author of "The Winds of Winter" George R. R. Martin.
However, Martin is not pleased with the pitch and turns them down. "Family Guy" Season 14, Episode 2 also showcased Quagmire, Joe, Cleveland and Peter.
Quagmire and Peter take part in an Iron Chef-style contest. We will have to see who wins this competition.
