With the holiday season rushing in, Microsoft has launched a new Xbox One 1TB holiday bundle.
The new offer aims to boost the mood of Xbox fans for the holidays, and they can avail the bundle starting Oct. 27 for $399. Xbox One 1TB bundle includes 1TB Xbox One console, a wireless controller with 3.5mm headset jack, and three games: “Gears of War: Ultimate Edition,” “Rare Replay,” and a full-game download of the action-platformer “Ori and the Blind Forest.”
The 1TB Xbox One console allows gamers to play and download more games. It includes Xbox 360 favorites based from Xbox One Backward Compatibility. All of the three games are some of the best new-gen Xbox exclusives, although two of them are based on older titles, according to Forbes.
Rebuilt in 1080p, “Gears of War: Ultimate Edition” include 60fps competitive multiplayer with 19 maps and six game modes. It has also five campaign chapters that was never released on a console. Players will have an access to the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection on their Xbox One without extra cost when they play the Ultimate Edition on Xbox Live on Dec. 31. The Ultimate Edition comprises of “Gears of War,” “Gears of War 2,” “Gears of War 3,” and “Gears of War: Judgment.”
The “Rare Replay” features a collection of 30 iconic games from Rare and it consists of “Battletoads,” “Banjo-Kazooie,” and “Perfect Dark.”
Microsoft also offers two other bundles with similar value, PCMag reported. There is 1TB Tomb Raider bundle featuring a 1TB console plus a digital download of the game, the Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack, and a download of “Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition,” which is slated to launch in November. There is also the Xbox One The Lego Movie Videogame bundle that costs $349, including a copy of “LEGO” game and just a 500GB hard drive.
