Reeling team Swansea City (2-2-3, 9 points) will host rising squad Tottenham Hotspur (3-1-3, 12 points) at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday for a 2015-2016 Premier League encounter.
The Swans had been winless in their last three outings following a 0-1 loss to Watford, a goalless draw with Everton, and a 1-3 upset from Southampton.
Their defeat against the Saints last Saturday was especially disappointing as they were routed early 0-3 before midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson was able to put them on the board at the 83rd minute with a penalty kick, via SkySports.
With their unfruitful three games, Garry Monk's squad remained in the middle of the overall standings.
Meanwhile, Tottenham is currently on a three-game winning streak and is coming off an impressive 4-1 demolition of erstwhile league leaders Manchester City at the White Hart Lane also last Saturday, as per Bleacher Report, to move within four points of the top spot in the league table.
Eric Dier, Toby Alderweireld, Harry Kane, and Erik Lamela each found the back of the net as only City's new recruit Kevin De Bruyne was able to score from Manuel Pellegrini's side.
His goal was especially sweet for Kane as it ended the striker's 13-hour drought for a score in the Premier League.
Kane and the rest of the Spurs will look to extend their unbeaten run to seven games as they drawn their three previous games before going to their current streak.
