In "Last Man Standing" season 5 episode 2 titled "Free Range Parents," which airs on Oct. 2, Friday, on ABC, it appears that there is something Vanessa (Nancy Travis) needs to know. [SPOILER ALERT: Read at your own risk.]
Eve (Kaitlyn Dever) and Mandy (Molly Ephraim) try to keep a secret from Vanessa in "Last Man Standing" season 5 episode 2 "Free Range Parents," which was directed by Victor Gonzalez and written by Ed Yeager.
Also, the episode features a meeting for folks preparing for doomsday, which the hosts Ed (Hector Elizondo) and Kyle (Christoph Sanders) call the Doomsday Preppers meeting. On the other hand, Mike (Tim Allen) convinces Ryan (Jordan Masterson), who is reluctant, to allow Boyd (Flynn Morrison) to walk home on his own.
"The Odd Couple" and "Community" actress Yvette Nicole Brown will be featured as a guest star playing the role of a movie-goer in "Last Man Standing" season 5 episode 2 "Free Range Parents," Broadway World has learned.
Prior to the premiere of "The Last Man Standing" season 5 on Sept. 25, Allen talked about the wedding of Kristen (Amanda Fuller) and Eve's fate in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. When asked if people are going to be disappointed not to see Kristen's wedding, the actor said that it is "just so much effort" to go to a wedding and to get a church.
Allen pointed that that Kristen started off as an unwed mother with parents did not give up on her. He added that Fuller's character is "going to start dealing with success."
As for Eve, Allen said the character played by Dever is used to success but for the first time, she is going to deal with failure.
