'Destiny' Sleeper Simulant Quest Has Finally Arrived, And You Better Start Unlocking It

The "Destiny" community woke up to a new quest today with a quest that will finally unlock the elusive Sleeper Simulant.

According to Forbes, the players who were able recover Banshee's four Fusion Rifle relics received the new quest on their monitors this morning.

Kotaku reports that the quest begins with The First Firewall, which you will take place on Old Russia here on earth.

There has been no clue as to why the quest suddenly popped up today but there have been speculations that the sheer number of "Destiny" players recovering hundreds of thousands of relics could've prompted the release.

If you haven't seen it yet, you need to turn over more of those rifle relics.

In The First Firewall, you need to defeat Taken and Hive Knights at Rasputin's bunker. They come out from all directions so there's no detectable pattern.

When you're done beating all four batches of knights and manage to kill one main Taken leader then you will be given the Curious Transceiver, which requires a password to be encrypted.

You will be asked to encode four sets of passcodes. It will obviously be more fulfilling if you are able to decode it yourself. If you don't want to go through all that here are the passcodes:

The code was derived based on the way the Hive and Taken Knights appear in the mission, which was pretty tricky to decipher.

Once you're done, the transceiver will tell you to search for a new relic on earth under a temporary mission called "Shadow Call." Basically, it's similar to the Devil's Spire but timed.

After that, you will receive a rare item called the Ikelos Fusion Core which contains more riddles. You need to activate five nodes and you need to get the clues for each.

When you're done you need to turn over the Ikelos Fusion Core to the Gunsmith again. You will be advised that he needs more.

Give it a couple of weeks or so before the next "Destiny" hunt. This mission is temporary so you have to get this done as soon as possible.
