Bedella Hargrove, conservator of Bobbi Kristina Brown, amended the lawsuit filed against Nick Gordon to include accusing him of injecting Bobbi with a toxic mixture.

However, Gordon's lawyers doubt the source of information about the toxic mixture injection because the autopsy results were sealed and the two camps have not seen its results, reports TMZ.

US Magazine reports on the new court document is Brown camp's response to stay the wrongful death lawsuit filed by Hargrove. It also sought $10 million in damages besides the $40 million wrongful death lawsuit. The original lawsuit stated that Nick Gordon gave Bobbi only a toxic cocktail that caused her to become unconscious.

She was found unconscious on Jan. 31 in a bathtub full of water, was placed in a medically induced coma for almost six months until Bobbi died on July 26 at 22. She was buried next to her mother, Whitney Houston, who was found lifeless in a similar situation in a Hollywood hotel in 2012.

The new documents likewise accused Gordon of physically abusing Bobbi. Before the bathtub incident, Gordon allegedly hit her several times until one of her teeth was knocked out. The abuse happened at Bobbi's house in Atlanta. Hargrove also accused Gordon of withdrawing funds from Bobbi's account while she was still hospitalized.

As expected, Gordon, through his lawyer Jose Baez, denied the accusations.

Georgia's district attorney is reportedly putting together a secret grand jury as part of a plan to criminally charge Gordon with murder. In filing a stay of motion to end the civil case, Baez said that Gordon could be "unfairly, legally, and financially prejudiced" if he would be subject to a parallel criminal and civil proceedings due to the fame of Bobbi's parents.
