Demetrious Johnson is slowly creeping in the realms of the Anderson Silvas and Georges St-Pierres of the mixed martial arts world.

Similar to the aforementioned long-time middleweight and welterweight champs, Johnson makes it look easy every time he steps foot in the octagon.

The only UFC Flyweight Champion in history has been tearing up his challengers; establishing a spot at the top of the pound-for-pound rankings and a place in the record books.

He's dominated perennial contenders such as John Dodson and Joseph Benavidez twice, as well as submitted the likes of Kyoji Horiguchi, Chris Cariaso, and John Moraga.

Considering the current flyweight rankings, it seems as though there are no intriguing matches for Johnson in the horizon.

The champ, however, offers a different take on the situation.

"Obviously, the marketing thing would be obviously Henry Cejudo because he's undefeated," Johnson said when asked possible fights. "He's a gold Olympic medal wrestler. I've never fought an Olympic caliber wrestler."

Of course, Cejudo is currently focused on derailing the three-fight winning streak of Jussier Formiga on November 21.

The Cejudo fight is definitely an intriguing matchup for "Mighty Mouse," but, like in many aspects of the MMA business, anything can happen inside the cage.

A Formiga win will more than blemish the undefeated record of the Olympic wrestler; it will also bump down a legitimate title contender.

"There's not a mystique around him," the champ spoke of Jussier Formiga, as the No. 3 ranked flyweight has suffered devastating knockout losses to past Johnson opponents, Benavidez and Dodson.

He continued: "Henry Cejudo has that. But for me, I don't give a damn. I just want to fight."

When asked about an interesting, yet highly unlikely, angle about a third bout with Joseph Benavidez, Demetrious Johnson answered: "I'm a competitor... I want to fight whoever is going to get me to that number - breaking the record for title defenses."

Ironically enough, the record he is referring to are the ones held by Anderson Silva and Georges St-Pierre, which stands at 10 and 9, respectively.

Demetrious Johnson is tied for fourth with the UFC Featherweight Champion, Jose Aldo, at 7 title defenses.
