"How to Get Away With Murder" season 2 executive producer Pete Nowalk recently slammed rumors that Wes (Alfred Enoch) or Connor (Jack Falahee) may have been responsible for shooting Annalise Keating (Viola Davis).
In an interview with TV Line, the exec said that the Keating Five may just be too young to be involved in trying to kill their professor.
"I find it hard to believe that any of them would be able to leave her bleeding there - whether they want her dead or not. They're just kids. Even if you think you want someone dead, if you shoot them, well, I know I'd have instant regret and want to fix it," he said.
However, in season 1, the Keating Five were involved in trying to hide Sam's (Tom Verica) body. This means that they may have the capacity of being involved in a crime, but not necessarily that of their professor.
Meanwhile, fans are also wondering when they will find out what Bonnie (Liza Weil) did to Rebecca Sutter's (Katie Findlay) body.
"No secret goes uncovered in the world - and especially in our world. If we don't show you something, it's for a reason," the exec said.
The publication is speculating that this could mean more scenes featuring Wes and Matt Cohen's Levi working together in order to find out about what happened to Rebecca.
In other news, the upcoming episode of "How to Get Away With Murder" will introduce Annalise's new client.
"How to Get Away With Murder" season 2 airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
