The week on "The Young and the Restless" (Y&R) opens with some drama surrounding Cane. According to We Love Soaps and Soap Central, Cane will find himself getting really close with someone undisclosed. Is Cane cheating on Lily?
The show delves deeper into Hilary's disappearance. Lily finds the ransom money at her house and immediately informs Dylan. Upon some investigation, Dylan reaches a new realization. He thinks that there might be two people involved in Hilary's disappearance. According to Dylan, one is the kidnapper and the other one is a con artist who trying to extract money from Devon.
As for Devon, he is getting desperate to bring Hilary back home. Fans can expect to see him get into a heated argument with Lily, who is still puzzled with the money she discovered at her place.
Meanwhile, Michael tries to help Adam and prove he is innocent. He even tries to convince Chelsea that she is still in love with him. Michael urges Chelsea to reveal her true feelings for Adam.
Kevin is not very happy to see his brother represent Adam. At the same time, Victor seeks answers from his son. Adam's trial starts and several Genoa City residents come together to witness it. Chelsea realises that not many people want to see Adam walk free. This leaves her disturbed.
Drama ensues when Adam doesn't show up in the court. It is thought that he may have run away. But proving everyone wrong, Adam arrives and faces the judgment.
