The week on the "General Hospital" (GH) starts with drama revolving around Spinelli's arrest. According to Soap Central and We Love Soaps, Sam approaches Diane for help in matters related to Spinelli. Meanwhile, Sam is determined to help Jake find out who he really is. Later, Nikolas and Sam get into a heated debate. Spinelli receives an important piece of information from Jake. Details about it remain unknown.
As for Liz, she is anxious as her wedding day approaches. She receives a surprise wedding present from Audrey. Meanwhile, invitations for the big wedding are sent out and Hayden is surprised to see that she is also invited to Liz and Jake's wedding ceremony.
Elsewhere, Carly and Sonny find out about Michael and Sabrina's future plans about having a baby. Meanwhile, Dante and Lulu plan their second baby. Tension between Dante and Dillon grow and the two men have another verbal fight over Lulu. Dillon is almost at the verge of revealing Dante's truth. Whether he reveals it or not remains to be seen.
Guilt-ridden Dante finds a confidante in his father. He talks to him about his brief affair with Valerie. Later, Dillon walks on Dante and Valerie while they are caught in a warm moment together.
Some other high points of the "General Hospital" (GH) episodes airing this week include, Sabrina struggling with the ramifications of her past actions and Ric delivering a disturbing news to Sonny. In the meantime, Ava approaches Kiki for help and have a heart-to-heart conversation with Paul. As for Paul, he makes a confession to Anna. Carly finds a stunning piece of information and Port Charles town residents come together to celebrate Halloween at The Haunted Star.
