"Final Fantasy XV" creator company Square Enix released a new piece of conceptual art, featuring enormous Catoblepas that shows in the Duscae region of the game earlier today.

The art shows a gigantic animal with four legs, a bigger fore-body and horn-like projections along its neck. The art also exhibits a magnified part of its head and a human figure for size comparison.

A behind-the-scenes art designer Chihiro Hashi, who is certain of the power behind the conceptual design, said that the Catoblepas art is believable. He also said that despite the massive size and the "creepy" factor of the featured monster, it is a stretch for imagination, Dual Shockers reported.

In fact, the "Final Fantasy" universe monster is one of the biggest gaming characters and appears peaceful, but is a daunting task for a gamer to take down. For the newest entry of "Final Fantasy XV," the Catoblepas appears in episode Duscae 2.0 and requires a gamer to take down the monster at their own risk, JC Photog reported.

Mrhappy1227, a "Final Fantasy" gaming fan released a "Final Fantasy XV" gameplay demonstration of how a gamer can kill a Catoblepas in a YouTube channel earlier this year. The game play, which featured in level 65 of "Final Fantasy XV," exhibited how big and dangerous the Catoblepas can be.

The video also revealed some few tricks of how to take it down, how to take caution from it as well as its weaknesses and drawbacks.

Apparently, the Catoblepas can be challenged in the episode Duscae Demo and its new art is available online.
