Google Play is putting certain Android apps on sale to celebrate Halloween on October 31, Saturday, allowing consumers the chance to enjoy some fun-filled games on the day of witches, ghosts, and goblins. Gamers who plan to go out trick-or-treating or stay at home can both download some great horror-themed apps that can give a scare on the once-a-year special night. Amazon is also offering a Halloween deal of 33 free apps and games worth $70.
For mobile gamers who want to battle zombies in a shooting game there is Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies. It is a basic version of the zombie mode in Call of Duty Black Ops. The price has been cut from $6.99 to a low $1.99.
Mobile gamers who are also fitness fans can buy Zombies, Run! 5K Training app, which is a game-5K run trainer combo. The two options are The Walk: Fitness Tracker Game and 7 minute Super Hero Workout. Both apps have been discounted from $1.99 for just $0.99, according to Android Headlines.
Several apps on Google Play also have reduced prices of just $0.99. They include Abyss: Wraiths of Eden, Dark Arcana, Deadly Puzzles, Fairy Tale Mysteries 2, Forever Lost: episode 1, Grim Legends 2, Nightmares: Davy Jones, Left in the Dark, Mystery of the Opera, Time Mysteries 2, and Vampires: Todd and Jessica.
Shoppers who think $1 is still too expensive for an Android app have another option. Greedy Spiders 2 has been discounted from $0.99 to a super-low $0.49.
Amazon also is offering a Halloween special through Its "Scary Good Deals," which includes 33 apps and games with a $70 value, for free, according to Digital Trends. Titles include AVG AntiVirus Pro and Lego Star Wars Microfighters.
