Rising club AC Milan (6-4-1, 19 points) will look to extend its current winning streak to four games as it faces reeling squad Atalanta (5-4-2, 17 points) at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza for a 2015-2016 Serie A game on November 7.

Milan had never been beaten in the Italian top flight since their embarrassing 0-4 defeat to top club Napoli in week 7 of the competitions.

After that loss, they drew Torino before going on a three-game winning run that is capped by a 3-1 thrashing of a hard-fighting Lazio eleven at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome on Sunday, as reported by SkySports.

Midfielder Andrea Bertolacci, defender Philippe Mexès, and striker Carlos Bacca each contributed a goal to I Rossoneri's cause at the 25th, 53rd, and 79th minutes before Lazio forward Ricardo Kishna put his team on the board at the 84th for the final count.

Meanwhile, Atalanta lost an upsetting 0-3 affair against lowly team Bologna at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara also on Sunday to drop the team to the no. 8 spot in the overall standings, as per ESPN.

Edy Reja's boys had been mercurial recently with alternating wins and losses in their last six matches.

Atalanta's inconsistency plus Milan playing at home and their sudden rise to the standings (the team is currently at the no. 6 spot) leans the odds heavily in favor of il Diavolo in this Saturday night match in San Siro.

The prediction is a 3-0 romp for AC Milan.
