In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Pat said when they really found out that Bobbi Kristina was in trouble, they were "really making plans to do something about it" but it just came "a little too late."

In another interview with People, Pat said she decided Bobbi Kristina was going to rehab because that is where they had called to set up for her to go. The aunt said Whitney's daughter was found unconscious two days before she was schedule to go to rehab.

"She didn't make it," Pat said. "She found out that I was coming for her, not to do an intervention, because I didn't want to go through that with her."

Pat added that she just wanted Bobbi Kristina to come back and talk to her so they could figure out how the rehab was going to take place because she "needed to go."

According to Pat, Bobbi Kristina was adamant with everyone else that she did not want to go to rehab. However, her niece did send her a text message saying, "I'm coming Auntie Pat, to talk, I love you."

That text message was the last that Pat heard from niece, which she said was around two to three days before she was found unconscious by her partner, Nick Gordon.
