Derrick Rose may find himself in another team for the first time in his NBA career as the one-time NBA MVP is reportedly ready to move on from the Chicago Bulls, according to reports.

Brian Windhorst of ESPN discussed the fractured relationship between the Bulls and Derrick Rose on the Russillo & Kanell show. According to Windhorst, members of the Bulls organization have not been happy with the point guard's overall attitude, with Rose revealing he is already looking forward to his free agency in 2017.

"Here's how I feel about Derrick Rose: The breakup with the Bulls has begun," Windhorst said. "I don't know how long it's going to last, I don't know when it's going to be complete, but you can sort of see it. The team and the franchise have moved on, to a little bit of a certain extent."

Rose said in September that he has been preparing for his future and looks forward to his free agency, when the NBA's new TV deal has had taken effect already. The huge amount of the deal would skyrocket teams' salary cap space and any superstar like Rose would certainly be in hot pursuit of NBA franchises that needs his service.

Real GM has listed some of the potential destinations for Rose if he falls apart with the Bulls this season.

1.  New York Knicks - The Knicks has been in a disarray for couple of years now, and even with the arrival of Phil Jackson in the franchise, New York is still struggling to give Carmelo Anthony his first NBA championship.

Rose could give the Knicks the much-needed boost in the point guard position. New York has been without a reliable point guard and Rose could certainly be a franchise cornerstone, along with Anthony.

A trade for Rose would be possible if the Knicks would send Jose Calderon and newly acquired Arron Afflalo, although the latter would not be eligible to be traded until December this year.

Calderon could serve as a starting point guard for the Bulls, but with limited minutes, while Afflalo could take the role of injured Mike Dunleavy, or play as a support behind Jimmy Butler.

2. New Orleans Pelicans - The Pelicans have not used the full potential of Jrue Holiday, and they may never have the chance to do so as the point guard is well pass over his All-Star form when he was playing for the Philadelphia 76ers.

Holiday has only played a total of 74 games ever since coming to New Orleans. His average in the last two seasons for the Pelicans were solid, but health is still in an issue for the former 76er.

With Rose coming to the Pelicans, he and Anthony Davis could create a dynamic tandem that will be a force to reckon with as long as both stay healthy.

The possible trade scenario would include Holiday and Ryan Anderson for Rose.

Holiday could take on Rose's role under Fred Hoiberg's system, while Anderson could fit as a backup plan in case Joakim Noah splits with the Bulls.

3. Minnesota Timberwolves - Rose playing for the Wolves would make him the leader of a young and talented roster comprised of Zach Lavine, Andrew Wiggins, and Karl-Anthony Towns. He can serve as a mentor for Lavine and create a threat at the point guard position.

However, the Wolves have brushed off any rumors surrounding their point guard Ricky Rubio, who could be a trade piece to Rose. But Rubio has always been interested of playing alongside fellow Spaniard Pau Gasol, and it could be a factor for the Bulls to replace Rose with another talented point guard.

The Wolves could add Kevin Martin in the mix, according to Real GM. Martin could also be a reliever for Butler and take off some of the latter's scoring workload.

Rose has never been the same ever since he was struck by back-to-back career-threatening injury in 2011 and 2013. In his first six games of the season, Rose has averaged only 13.3 points 5.7 assists per game.

While Rose's output this season as he tries to bounce back from years of disappointments due to a series of injuries, the All-Star point guard would still be a covetable piece for any NBA team.
