Supercell is likely to delay the expected Clash of Clans update until early December 2015 as new reports indicate that the biggest component of the upcoming COC upgrade, the Level 11 Town Hall or TH11, will not be ready until next month. It appears that the new features to be release were hinted by recent game maintenance breaks.

Normally, these maintenance activities point to Supercell planning key adjustments and changes to the game and according to Gospel Herald the most recent breaks were recorded last week - November 4 and 5. While the COC game maker is not saying anything on the matter, the development so far is on line with the earlier pronouncements that biggest feature jump of the game will happen soon.

Originally, the update was expected early November but as reiterated by Supercell forum moderator Anoushka the feature upgrades required more work than anticipated so developers had to move the self-imposed deadline. It is likely too that the promised COC Sneak Peeks will not be seen until middle of November or around the time that developers are putting finishing touches on the new features set to be introduced.

Now while TH11 dominates the attention given to the upcoming COC upgrade, more features, actually, are planned by Supercell for immediate deployment and five of them are briefly detailed below:

Mage or Master Wizard

Supercell has managed to keep under wraps the details on the upcoming third hero that will join the Barbarian King and the Archer Queen save for the silhouetted device the company leaked out. Some reports indicate that the new hero is a Master Wizard but there are suggestions it will be a Mage. Regardless, this new character is expected to be ready for war while in the process of upgrading.

Dark Barracks

With TH11 on the way, new base components are seen to also debut with the new level and among the confirmed add-ons, Gospel Herald said, is the Dark Barracks. This new feature is coming soon, Supercell said.

New defense unit

The upgrade is only expected to alter or even redefine the COC gameplay, which necessitates the inclusion of a new defensive unit. What exactly the addition is remains a big question but fans are looking forward that Supercell will replicate the Inferno Tower.

4th spell

And there has to be something new that the Dark Spell Factory will cook up. This will be the fourth spell that remains the subject of COC speculations as of this time.

Single player and new quests

There have been clamors that Supercell should provide a game compartment in which players can explore and use to hone their Clan War skills. The game maker is silent on the possibility but COC fans are hoping that the Clash of Clans update will include a Single Player mode and more quest maps on release date.
