"South Park" s19e07 starts off with South Park Elementary on code red. It looks like there is a shooting taking place at the school. However, P.C. Principal just wants to remove a student from the assembly for talking.

Things go out of hand when Officer Barbrady shoots a 6-year-old child. Barbrady is dismissed from his duties and after the incident, the other cops stop responding to 911 emergencies as they fear they might lose their jobs.

The creators of "South Park" - Matt Stone and Trey Parker - are seemed to be inspired by Michael Brown's killing and later what happened in Ferguson.

With cops not taking no interest in doing their jobs, the kids of South Park take matters in their own hands. They become a part of ninja club. However, a foreign terrorist outfit takes notice of the kids. They are recruited by ISIS. Eric Cartman learns that the group is not fond of Jews.

Officer Barbrady is called again to join the force and address the situation, however he shoots a latino boy again.

"South Park" Season 19, Episode 7 managed to blend ISIS and the police brutality plot in one instalment which was a clever move from the creators.
