David Hasselhoff has removed the hassle from his life and has changed his name to David Hoff. He literally removed the Hassel from his name but it shouldn't be too hard for people to remember this since many call him, "The Hoff" anyway. Many would have liked it if he would have just changed his name to "The Hoff" but he didn't, he just took off the hassel part and now goes by David Hoff.
According to E! Online on Nov. 12, he made it official by legally changing his name and removing the hassel part. He not only posted a Youtube video you can see on this page but, in case not everyone follows him on Youtube, he also tweeted about it to his followers.
People reports that Hoff says this is a major relief to him and he has been trying to get the hassel part of his name removed for years now. He has finally done it now! Although we all know him by David Hasselhoff, we will just have to get used to the fact that his new name is David Hoff.
He held up the legal name change certificate on his Youtube video to prove it to everyone. Goodbye David Hasselhoff and hello David Hoff! Like mentioned though, it shouldn't be too hard for everyone to adjust since we all call him "The Hoff" anyway.
