Khloe Kardashian recently disclosed that it was her family that coaxed her to leave her ailing husband Lamar Odom's bedside and do something that is just for her.

The 32-year-old was talking to San Diego Union Tribune when she opened up about her passion for fitness and revealed that how after spending three-and-a-half weeks straight in the hospital nursing Odom, she felt good to be back in the gym.

"Khloe, you have to get out of the hospital and do something that's for you," the reality TV star quoted her family members as saying without naming anyone in specific after which she worked out with her sister Kendall Jenner in the gym and felt like a "human again."

The blonde beauty also dwelled on how fitness has been her stress reliever during the time when she was contemplating on filing divorce from her husband in December 2013. The couple was married in 2009 and had soon parted ways.

After Odom's collapse in a Nevada brothel, Kardashian not only rushed to be by his side, she also called off the divorce proceeding. Although it was also rumored that the couple will soon renew their vows, she has dismissed the possibility by telling Ellen DeGeneres on her show to be aired on Nov. 16, Monday, that she felt it too "insensitive" to go for a divorce during Odom's near-death medical crisis, Us Weekly reported.

Odom was found unconscious at a brothel after allegedly partying and mixing herbal Viagra, cocaine, and alcohol. He was in a coma for almost a week, after which he was airlifted and brought to Los Angeles for further medical care.
