Harrison Ford has expressed his love to do a fifth "Indiana Jones" film.

For Ford, "Indiana Jones" was a "rollicking good movie" for the audience, not to mention that the character had a history and potential, along with "Jurassic Park" director Steven Spielberg set to helm the film.

Ford is currently rumored to play Jones in Spielberg's "Indiana Jones 5." In Spielberg's previous interview with Yahoo Movies, the "Jurassic Park" director said that he would probably do an "Indy 5" with Ford, though he had also mentioned Tom Hank's name in the forthcoming canon. Still, Ford has the ability to perform the role of the iconic artifact researcher.

Since "Indiana Jones 5" is still in its early phase of development, exact details on the final film title, plot, characters and cast, and release date, are yet to be revealed.

Ford is also set to reprise his role as Han Solo in Abram's "Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens," which is set 30 years after the events in the "Return of Jedi." Aside from Ford, the film stars an ensemble of both old and new heroes and villains played by Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Mark Hamill, Max von Sydow, Simon Pegg, Gwendoline Christie, Domhnall Gleeson, John Boyega, and Carrie Fisher, among others.

Abrams' "Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens" hits theaters on Dec. 18 while Gareth Edwards's "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" premieres on Dec. 16, 2016. Meanwhile, Johnson's "Star Wars: Episode VIII" is slated to premiere in theaters on May 26, 2017 while Colin Trevorrow's "Star Wars: Episode IX" premieres in 2019.
