"Orange Is The New Black" star Laverne Cox received an unexpected email from Beyonce. She is included in the list of the diva's annual Christmas card recipients.
Before the most special holiday of the year arrives, Cox was thrilled to have received a Christmas card from no less than Beyonce herself. The "Orange Is The New Black" star wrote on her Instagram account, "When I opened the card several days back, I literally fell on my floor when I saw the 'love, Beyonce' note. I was on my apartment's floor, I have my witnesses."
While the whole card and the encrypted message remain a big secret until today, Cox has admitted that she also received a sweatshirt with the prints "cake by the pound". Moreover, it appears that Beyonce personally wrote special messages on each of the cards this year.
Cox then shared, "Thank you Bey for this gift. I had an awesome year and your thoughtfulness, definitely, is one of the highlights. Merry Christmas to your beautiful family. Thank you for all of your endless inspiration and amazing music."
