FX's comedy series "Anger Management" starred by "Two and a Half Men" former lead Charlie Sheen has come to an end on its 100thepisode, Ace Showbiz reports. The network has decided to put an end to "Anger Management" and to not renew it after its second season.

In a Nov. 7, 2014 press release, as cited by Star Pulse, FX announced the end date of "Anger Management" Season 2, though many viewers may not seemed surprised.

In a statement from Sheen to Radar Online, he said that "I am beyond proud of what we accomplished over the course of 100 episodes of Anger Management."

He added, "We created something uniquely special with some of the most talented individuals I have ever had the privilege to work with." He continued to say, "My sincere thanks to all for their unwavering love and support. Here's to the next chapter."

"Anger Management" premiered on June 28, 2012 with a record breaking 5.74 million viewers tuned in. The "Anger Management" Season 1 had a successful 10 full episodes, in which, ended Aug. 23, 2013. Because of its success FX renewed "Anger Management" for 90 more episodes on its second season, in which, its first episode was aired Jan. 17, 2013.

Though its first airing was a blast, succeeding TV ratings of the show went on a decline leading for the network to not renew it for a third season. Same faith happened to "Two and a Half Men," which he formerly played the lead role. It is said that "Two and a half Men" will not be renewed after its 12th season.

So what will happen now to Charlie Sheen?

Rumor has it that he will reprise his bad boy role in an upcoming "The Goldbergs" episode and he might also return on "Two and a Half Men" season finale.

"Anger Management" is based on a 2003 Jack Nicholson and Adam Sandler film of the same title. It revolves around a minor league baseball player having troubles getting to the next step because of his recurring anger problem.
