Nintendo Direct is broadcasting again in December and reports are widespread that it will be the last concerning the Super Smash Bros. 4. If true then the occasion could be used to spill the beans on more juicy details about Cloud Strife, possible new characters and a few of gameplay enhancements.
It is likely that Nintendo might be saving the best for last this coming December 2015 and it's safe to assume that everything about the Super Smash expansion will be finally revealed next month.
The first thing to expect come the next Nintendo Direct episode, according to Master Herald, is the revelation that will center on Cloud Strife, who as announced earlier will cross over from the Final Fantasy 7. What exactly Cloud will be as a Smasher should be given more detailed treatment and how he will further energize the already exciting Super Smash gameplay.
But really the most important thing for Smashers right now, the report added, is getting a clear picture on when they can actually enjoy Cloud as a Super Smash character so Nintendo will likely provide at least an ETA or estimated time of arrival come the next Direct session.
And there has to be one or two more characters DLCs for the mega-hit Nintendo game title, which is a likelihood hinted by recent reports that claimed the Super Smash expansion will involve the introduction of up to three new characters and two extra stages. The latter is already teased by the suggestion that Cloud Strife will bring with him snippets of the Final Fantasy 7 environment.
So aside from Cloud, Master Herald mentioned the possible entry of Captain Shepard, Bayonetta and known figures that will be sourced from Splatoon and Bomberman into the game.
The Super Smash gameplay, as it stands, will likely be subjected too to key alterations with one thing in mind - to achieve a balanced Smash Bros setting that Smashers of all kind will appreciate and embrace. Improving the game and making it playable in advanced and novice levels, after all, is essential for Super Smash to sustain its popularity, the Master Herald report said.
Lastly, the Super Smash Bros. 4 upcoming DLC and game update will be for nothing minus the bug fixes that will make the title smoother, more stable and more fun to play with.
