Marvel fans are getting ANTsy over the new ant-sized "Ant-Man" teaser released on Friday by the comic book giant.

As of today, the mini-sized teaser for the Marvel superhero movie starring Paul Rudd has over 3 million views on the YouTube video.

However, the teaser is not quite what fans have been expecting as it only shows ten seconds of the "Ant-Man" preview in an almost-unrecognizable size.

The preview does, however, say that the "human-sized" world teaser premiere will be released during the first episode of Marvel's "Agent Carter" in January 6 at the ABC TV network.

A day after the ant-sized teaser was released, Marvel uploaded the human-sized version also on YouTube, garnering nearly 800,000 views. Watch it here:

Some viewers have dubbed the first teaser as a "teaser for a teaser of a teaser trailer."

The upcoming Marvel series stars Haylet Atwell as Peggy Carter, who will also be on the "Ant-Man" movie.

Paul Rudd will be playing the lead role of Scott Lang, who will be mentored by Dr. Hank Pym (Douglas) to protect the secret of the Ant-Man suit, which allows the wearer to shrink in size but will also boost the strength.

Aside from Paul Rudd, other Hollywood stars also joined the cast, including Evangeline Lilly, Corey Stoll, Michael Peña and Michael Douglas.

The film, which will be released on July 17 next year in the U.S., is directed by Peyton Reed, who directed several comedy films such as "Yes," "The Break-Up," and "Bring It On." Edgar Wright dropped out of the film's directing chair earlier this year.
