AFC West leaders Denver Broncos (9-2) are eager to follow-up on their impressive win over the Patriots last week as they visit division rival San Diego Chargers (3-8) at the Qualcomm Stadium on December 6, Sunday for a Week 13 matchup.
Denver delivered to the New England Patriots their first loss of the season, 30-24 in OT, last Sunday at the Sports Authority Field at Mile High as they rallied from a two-touchdown deficit in the final period, via Oregon Live.
Quarterback Brock Osweiler, who was starting for the first time in his four-year career to fill in for injured starter Peyton Manning, was unfazed by the defending Super Bowl Champions. He led the Broncos to a 17-point fourth quarter to force overtime where they blanked Tom Brady and the Patriots.
Meanwhile, San Diego was able to snap their six-game losing streak with a 31-25 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars also last Sunday at the EverBank Field, as reported by CBS Sports.
Quarterback Philip Rivers had four touchdowns to lead the Chargers in a 21-point second quarter that was too hard to top for the Jaguars.
Osweiler and the Broncos are projected to win their third straight as they put back Rivers and the Chargers to the ground.
Prediction: Broncos win, 35-14.
