It seems, Billy puts everything on the line to bring down Victor. Details about it remain unknown. In the meantime, the end-credit scene of the last-aired "The Young and the Restless" (Y&R) episode teases an interaction between Billy and Victor. He tries to manipulate Victor against Adam.
"Adam's not going to stop until he destroys you, and that's something I can relate to," Billy tells Victor in the promo. Will Victor believe Billy?
