"Dance Moms" season 6 cast members Maddie and Mackenzie Ziegler, Nia Frazer, Brynn Rumfallo, JoJo Siwa, Kendall Vertes and Kalani Hilliker recently starred in a new promo video for the show.
In the one-minute clip, the young professional dancers could be seen showing their impressive splits.
At one point, they also fought over a red trophy that seemed to say that they are competitive at winning in various competitions this season.
Each of the cast members also played around with the camera by showing how adorable their personalities are.
At one point, Ziegler, Frazer and Vertes huddled together and hugged each other.
Mackenzie and Rumfallo also showed a playful pose in front of the camera.
Meanwhile, the premiere episode of "Dance Moms" season 6, entitled, "No Moms Allowed" will solely focus on the young dancers.
The pre-taped interview will feature the girls talking about their biggest dance rivals, their coach Abby Lee Miller, their friendships with each other and so much more.
The show's spoiler site also released the official synopsis for the episode which read, "To keep her girls focused, Abby issues a ban on anything other than dance. In a move to keep her empire alive and grow new stars, Abby makes the controversial decision to form a new Mini Elite Competition Team that will learn from the older girls. With Abby's legal woes on the horizon, will the Abby Lee Dance Company be able to get back on top?"
"Dance Moms" season 6 will premiere on Lifetime on Jan. 5, 2016 at 8 p.m. ET.
