The show's creator Matthew Weiner has taken this opportunity to express his gratitude and thanks to the audience who have built such a strong and successful show. Joining him is AMC President Charlie Collier who made a bold statement saying that it was only because of the show "Mad Men" that their channel AMC came in to the public's attention.

The last part of the seventh season is much hyped and expected to be full of drama; the fans are certainly looking forward to a great treat from their favorite drama. The creators have reportedly said that each of the remaining episodes will feel like a finale in themselves.

After AMC's show "Breaking Bad" got a huge wave of success but disappointing fans by ending early, the channel is about to premiere "Breaking Bad's" prequel "Better Call Saul." Fans are expecting for a prequel for "Mad Man" as well, something like "Better Call Pete."

For now, neither the channel, nor the producers of the show have commented on any sort of a spin off for the show but they do cherish the long and successful run of the show.
