Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner Divorce In Progress As Actress Moves On With Patrick Dempsey

Contrary to the rumors that Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are contemplating to get back together, it now emerges that their divorce is very much in progress.

Since the estranged couple continues to live under one roof even after announcng divorce this summer, it was anticipated that the couple is re-considering their decision to split and might rekindle their romance. They even spent the Christmas together along with their three children, Violet, 10, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3, in the mountains of Montana.

"Ben is living in the family house, but in a separate section. He has a room to himself, but it's in an area that Jen goes to on a daily basis," a source close to Garner tells E! News before further adding that the two are forced to interact on daily basis.

The arrangement seems to be working well for the kids who can approach both of their parents who are in close quarters.

However, a source has confirmed to People that the arrangement is a temporary one till the time their divorce is finalized and this is just a "transition period" for the family.

Meanwhile, reports are also emerging that Garner is doing fine and has moved on. The 43-year-old actress is reported to be secretly dating her "Valentine's Day" co-star Patrick Dempsey.

Dempsey has been recently separated from Jillian Flink after which Garner allegedly reached out to him and they soon started talking regularly through Skype and texting. The rumored relationship started a few months back Garner reportedly invited the former "Grey's Anatomy" star to coffee and the two rumoredly have already spent a weekend together.
