Middling team AC Chievo (6-7-4, 22 points) is set to battle top five squad AS Roma (9-3-5, 32 points) at the Stadio Marc'Antonio Bentegodi in Verona on January 6, Wednesday as the second half of the 2015-2016 Serie A season continues.
Chievo succumbed to powerhouse Fiorentina, 0-2, at the Stadio Artemio Franchi in their most recent match last December 20 to snap Gialloblu's two-game winning run, as reported by SkySports.
Forward Nikola Kalinic and midfielder Josip Ilicic scored the goals for Fiorentina as Rolando Maran's boys were blanked on the road.
It was the third loss in the last six games of Mussi Volanti, making them settle at the 12th spot in the league table, tied on points with Torino.
Meanwhile, Roma ended their four-game winless skid with a 2-0 victory over lowly Genoa at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome also last December 20, as per USA Today.

It was Roma's first win in their last five games, which made them hang on at fifth place in the overall standings, just a point behind fourth place Juventus.
The predicted result is a 2-1 victory for Roma. Rudi Garcia's men are projected to start a winning streak against inconsistent squad Chievo.
