Bottom three team Carpi FC (2-11-5, 11 points) is set to take on streaking squad Udinese Calcio (7-8-3, 24 points) at the Stadio Alberto Braglia in Modena on Saturday, January 9 for a 2015-2016 Serie A season matchup.

Carpi snapped its two-game losing streak by settling for a goalless draw with middling club Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome on Wednesday, January 6, as reported by ESPN.

I Biancorossi took advantage of the hosts' inconsistencies to force them to share a point in the overall standings.

Lazio midfielder Antonio Candreva almost found the back of the net after a free kick at the 72nd minute, but he missed his attempt at a goal.

The draw was the fourth consecutive winless effort for Fabrizio Castori's men, though, which kept them in the bottom three of the league table.

Meanwhile, Udinese won its second straight game, turning back Atalanta, 2-1, at their home field of Stadio Friuli in Udine also on Wednesday, as per SkySports.

French striker Cyril Thereau opened the scoring for Stefano Colantuono's men before forward Stipe Perica made it 2-0 for Udinese right at the stroke of halftime.

Atalanta midfielder Marco D'Alessandro managed to score a goal at the 75th, but it was all La Dea could do to fight back in the match.

The win improved Bianconeri Friuliani to the 11th spot in the league table, tied on points with Atalanta and Lazio but has a lesser goal differential.

The prediction is a 2-0 victory for Udinese.
