HTC One M10 release apparently purposely skipped the recently concluded Mobile World Congress to avoid being overshadowed by releases of big smartphones such as Samsung Galaxy S7. Now, the HTC flagship smartphone will reportedly be showcased on Apr. 19.

According to Android Headlines, HTC One M10 release will finally happen on the aforementioned date. The handset has appeared on various leaks over the weeks and gives consumers hint on what to expect on the upcoming smartphone. Tipster Evan Blass leaked various photos of HTC One M10.

Below are the top five HTC One M10 features to watch for on its release.

5.15-inch QHD Screen Display - HTC One M10 will reportedly sport a 5.15-inch screen display with quad HD resolution to be at par with other smartphones in the market. 2K pixel resolution is a common trend among high end smartphones and Full HD screens are usually packed among mid-range handsets.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 - In order to support its specs and features, HTC One M10 will be powered a Snapdragon 820 SoC from Qualcomm. The latest chipset from prime chipmaker guarantees more processing power than its previous generation.

Superb Camera - HTC has been known for ultrapixels camera. HTC allegedly improved its camera features and that HTC One M10 will have better cameras - front and back.

Windows OS Variant - The new HTC smartphone will reportedly have a Windows OS variant. In order to tap the Windows OS market, HTC will offer the One M10 with different operating systems that will allow users to choose their desired OS.

Dual-SIM support - Apart from tapping the Windows OS market, HTC is also targeting some markets where dual SIM is quite popular by offering a high end smartphone that can support two networks.

Other purported features of HTC One M10 are: 4GB of RAM, microSD slot for additional external storage, longer battery life, and wireless charging feature, according to TechRadar. The smartphone will be dustproof and water-resistant like most handsets. The handset will cost around $650 to $800 depending on the storage variant. However, HTC has confirmed none of the aforementioned rumors.
