A little more than a year after giving birth to son Silas Randall, Justin Timberlake and wife Jessica Biel is actively trying to get pregnant with a second baby. Most recent reports claimed that the celebrity couple is reportedly hoping son Silas will soon have a sibling.
The exciting news came to light when an unnamed insider told Life & Style Weekly that the couple is taking a stab at all that they can for another pregnancy, including In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). Earlier reports claimed that Biel has reportedly undergone treatments over the previous months.
"They're hoping she gets pregnant very soon," an insider said. "It's been Justin's dream to have a little girl. A little girl would complete their family, but obviously, they will be happy either way."
Albeit such report has not been confirmed by either party, the insider further suggests that the couple hopes to have a daughter on the grounds that a girl would apparently complete their growing family. Despite their endeavors, the couple's attempts at having another child have reportedly not been fruitful as such.
"Jess has been struggling... They've been trying since around the holidays and it just hasn't happened yet," the insider added.
Regardless of the challenges, both Biel and Timberlake have been ecstatic about their growing family. The unnamed insider proceeds to say that Timberlake reportedly loves singing to Silas, stating that the former started it during Biel's pregnancy and now he sings his son to rest.
Biel and Timberlake, who began dating in January 2007, tied the wedding knots on Oct. 19, 2012, at the Borgo Egnazia Resort in Fasano, Italy. The celebrity couple welcomed their first son, Silas, in April 2015. Timberlake then took to Facebook at the time to share how blissful he is.
Meanwhile, both stars are currently busy in "The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea," an upcoming film directed and rewritten by Bill Purple from an original script by Robbie Pickering. Biel will produce and play Penny in the film, while Timberlake will compose and serve as music director for the soundtrack, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
The publication notes that "The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea" follows an introverted architect, Henry (Jason Sudeikis), who recently lost his wife Penny in a car accident. After the tragic incident, he sets out to help a destitute teen, Millie (Maisie Williams), in fulfilling her dream of building a raft to sail across the Atlantic Ocean.
