The biggest gathering of stars, creators and fans is on the way as The San Diego Comic-Con 2016 is gearing up for another event filled with panels, screenings, official merchandise and a whole lot of fun.
Organizers have booked the activities for the first two days of Comic Con, and we've listed down some of the panels and events you would want to mark your calendars for.
The first day of the San Diego Comic-Con 2016, which is on July 20, will kick off with the Warner Bros. Screening Night. As reported by Deadline, including in the lineup for the annual screening event are episodes of new series "Frequency," "People of Earthy," "Time After Time," Powerless," "Riverdale," Teen Titans Go!" and "Justice League Action."
On July 21, CBS Television Studios will hold a panel including the cast and creatives behind shows such as "Scorpion," "American Gothic" and "MacGyver."
NBC will also hold a premiere screening of the pilot of "The Good Place," followed by a Q&A with stars Ted Danson, Kristen Bell, Drew Goddard and Michael Schur.
The cast and crew of TNT's "The Last Ship," FX's "The Strain" and HBO's "Silicon Valley," MTV's "Teen Wolf," USA's "Colony" and Syfy's "Van Helsing" will also hold a panel.
A panel discussion of the highly-awaited Netflix spin-off series "Marvel's Luke Cage" will also ensue, followed by the premiere of the exclusive first-look of the series.
Rami Malek, Christian Slater, Carly Chaikin, Portia Doubleday are confirmed for the "Mr. Robot" season 2 panel.
Panels will also be held for Comedy Central's "Drunk History" and "Legends of Chamberlain Heights," "Dark Matter," and Fox's "The Rocky Horror Picture Show."
Panels for "Fear The Walking Dead," "The Big Bang Theory," "The Walking Dead," "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D," "Bates Motel," "Orphan Black," "Scream Queens" and "Vikings," to name a few, will be held on July 22, Friday.
"Game of Thrones" executive producers David Benioff and D.B Weiss and "Battle of the Bastards" director Michael Sapochnik are also scheduled for a panel on July 22, together with cast members Sophie Turner, Iwan Rheon, Isaac Hempstead Wright, Kristian Nairn, Liam Cunningham, Nathalie Emmanuel, Conleth Hill and Faye Marsay.
The lineup of panels for July 23, Saturday, includes "The Vampire Diaries," "The Originals," "Gotham," "Vice Principals," Blindspot," "Supergirl," The Magicians," "The Flash," "The DC's Legends of Tomorrow," "Arrow," "Outcast" and more.
So far, the panel for "Supernatural" has been the only show confirmed for July 24, Sunday.
In the meantime, according to comicbook.com, everything at the San Diego Comic-Con is a collectible. From room check-ins, fans are treated to branded room keys featuring "Arrow," "DC's Legends of Tomorrow," "The Flash," "Supergirl," and "Gotham." These room keys are available at 40 participating hotels.
