Overwatch is a multiplayer first-person shooter game developed by Blizzard Entertainment for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms.

The latest details for "Overwatch" will feature four new game maps, a shorter attack time on "Competitive Mode" and one of Symmetra's skins to be removed in the game.

Game director Jeff Kaplan revealed several new game details for "Overwatch" as he hosted a Q&A session for the gaming fans during Twitch livestream. Reddit username MattRix was able sum up what Kaplan said during the Twitch livestream as it is revealed that the game's developers are working on four new game maps for "Overwatch".

However, Kaplan noted that not all of the maps will be added to game and gamers might one of them in the standard mode of "Overwatch". Kaplan added that they are also working on a new game mode and new character skins by the end of the summer.

Blizzard Entertainment will also try to to reduce how long matches in "Competitive Mode" could take, which means gamers will probably have shorter attack times at the very least. The developers will also have the liberty to see ally health bars for each hero.

Lastly, Kaplan and his team will be developing hitboxe changes for "Overwatch" and explained that in a game with such tiny fast-moving heroes and projectile weapons, it would be incredibly frustrating for gamers to hit those characters if they did not have bigger hitboxes, making the match feel bad.

In other news, it seems that Blizzard Entertainment is planning to remove one character skins in "Overwatch" soon.

Universal Society of Hinduism president Rajan Zed asked the game developers of "Overwatch" to remove Symmetra's Devi skin from the game as Zed claims that it "trivializes" Hinduism's highly revered goddess of the same name, Gamerant reported.

Zed took issue with players being able to control a virtual representation of Devi in "Overwatch", and he is also unhappy with the way the character moves in the game, believing it to be at odds with what is described in the scriptures. Zed pointed out Blizzard's core values which has them taking up "responsiblity" in its position as one of the top video game companies in the world and he added that they making "confusion" with their innaccurate representation of Devi, thus pointing out Blizzard failure.

So far, it is unknown yet of Blizzard will take Zed's matted and remove Symmetra's Devi skin within the game.

Blizzard will be launching "Overwatch's" newest character Ana Amari within the game on soon along with new character skins and new lootboxes.

"Overwatch" is currently available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
