New details and spoilers for "Daredevil" season 3 will feature Kingpin and Bullseye as the main villains and a possible appearance of the Defenders in "Avengers: Infinity War".
Several rumors are making rounds regarding the possible villains in "Daredevil" season 3 as the past seasons introduced Wilson Fisk/Kingpin (Vincent D'Onofrio), Frank Castle/The Punisher (Jon Bernthal), Elektra (Elodie Yung) and The Hand.
Now it looks like another character will added to season 3 to challenge Matta Murdock/Daredevil (Charlie Cox) in Hell's Kitcher as Cox stated in an interview that he would like to see Bullseye in season 3 of the hit Marvel Netflix series, more importantly to Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Bullseye is described as one of the Daredevil's greatest foes in the comics. He does not have any special abilities but when he aims with the use of any given item, he never misses his targets hence the name. Cox added that if the production is fortunate enought to make more seasons for "Daredevil" he would want Bullseye in it, explaining that he could not imagine doing a show without the character appearing in Matt's life.
Aside from Bullseye, D'Onofrio teased a possible return in "Daredevil" season 3 as he answered several tweets from fans. Alhough he stated that he does not know if he is part of season 3, he would likely play coy similar as to what he did before during production of season 2.
When the fans replied that he would not watch "Daredevil" season 3 without the Kingpin in it, D'Onofrio stated that "Daredevil" is a great show and has changed the percepcion of superhero stories in any given media and praised Charlie Cox's performance as the titular character, ComicBook reported.
Kingpin was the main antagonist in the first season and was sent to prison during haft of the second season. He is then curious about Matt Murdock and had his legal team looked into his past, thus hinting that both Matt and Daredevil are the same person.
In other news, it seems that Daredevil and the rest of the Defenders will likely appear in "Avengers: Infinity War" as "Captain America: Civil War" director Anthony Russo told Toronto Sun that they are considering everyone in the film and they wanted to surprise the audiences the best way they can.
The Defenders in the MCU will consist of Daredevil, Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Luke Cage (Michael Colter) and Iron Fist (Finn Jones). In addition, there are also hints that Elektra and The Punisher will likely be added to the sequel, even Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) himself.
So far, the list of characters that will likely join the Avengers in "Infinity War" are the Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain Marvel (Brie Larson), Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch), Vision (Paul Bettany), and Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan).
"Daredevil" season 3 will likely launch sometime in 2018 on Netflix.
