New details and spoilers for "Spider-Man: Homecoming" will feature a possible fight description with the Vulture and a Sinister Six and Spider-Verse storyline in the future sequels.
The production team of "Spider-Man: Homecoming" has wrapped up the principle photography in Atlanta. The film's star Tom Holland posted several photos on his Instagram account thanking the people of Atlanta for their support in shooting the movie there.
It is hinted that the next shoot for "Spider-Man: Homecoming" could likely take place in New York, but there have no confirmation on Marvel Studios whether speculation is true or not. Although, it wiill likely happen due to the fact that Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Holland) practically lives in New York, particularly in Queens.
Meanwhile, there have been rumors making rounds regarding the possible fight scene between Spider-Man and Adrian Toomes/The Vulture (Michael Keaton) in "Spider-Man: Homecoming" as Sony Pictures Entertainment CEO Tom Rothman theorized that the film will likely feature a high school homecoming dance scene.
Rothman added that title itself, "Spider-Man: Homecoming" is not just a homecoming party in high school, but as a way to welcome back Peter Parker into the Marvel Universe and Sony is confident that Marvel Studios knows what they are doing. Of course, there is also a chance that someone will eventually "crash the party" as The Vulture will make his presence during the scene and fight will happen between him and web-slinger withinthe film, iDigital Times reported.
Lastly, there have been hints and speculations that Marvel Studios could be developing a Sinister Six and Spider-Verse storylines for Spider-Man in future sequels.
With the presents of Shocker (Bookem Woodbine) and The Tinkerer (Michael Chernus) in "Spider-Man: Homecoming", fans begun speculating that Marvel Studios could set-up the Sinister Six in the MCU soon. Sony previously had plans for a "Sinister Six" film as part of the "The Amazing Spider-Man" franchise along with "Venom".
"The Amazing Spider-Man 2" film credits already teased the formation of the Sinister Six members such as Green Goblin, Kraven the Hunter, Black Cat, Doctor Octopus, Rhino and Vulture. Unfortunately, Sony scrapped their plans for "Sinister Six" since they have announced that Spider-Man will be moving to the Marvel Studios, Melty reported.
As for the Spider-Verse storyline, it is hinted that Miles Morales/Ultimate Spider-Man and Cindy Mood/Silk are teased in "Spider-Man: Homecoming" teasing other Spider powered individuals in the future. Moviepilot writer Marcus Mcmillon theorized that these characters are being set up for what appears to be Marvel Studios' take on the "Spider-Verse" story arc in the comics.
The Spider-Verse storyline will feature Peter Parker in the main Marvel Universe joining an army of different Spider-Men from alternate dimensions as they fight Morlun and his family in order to save themselves. The comic book storyline produced a number of well-known Spider-Man characters such as Spider-Gwen and Spider-UK as well as other familiar ones such as Ultimate Jessica Drew, Spider-Man Noir, Spider-Man India, Spider-Man 2099 etc.
"Spider-Man: Homecoming" will be release on July 7, 2017.
